Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile repair and general maintenance on agricultural and construction equipment.
- Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently using proper troubleshooting methods.
- Utilize electronic service tools and manufacturer resources.
- Complete and submit accurate work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized service truck and assist in shop cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and handle service concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a like trade.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Good eyesight (correctable to 20/20) and normal hearing for diagnostics.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agricultural or construction equipment.
- Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools and systems.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
Work Expectations:
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Participate in weekly reviews of service trends, comebacks, and updates.
- Continue developing technical knowledge through training.
